Candle Care & Safe Burning
For the best performance and safest burn:
• Trim wick to approximately 1/4 inch before every burn.
• Place candle on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface before lighting.
• Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn whenever possible to help prevent tunneling.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep candles away from drafts, fans, vents, curtains, paper, bedding, and other flammable materials.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Never move or handle a candle while the wax is hot or liquid.
• Keep the wax pool free from wick trimmings, matches, and other debris.
• Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains in the bottom of the container.
• Never use water to extinguish a candle.
